Job Description

Salary: $85,150 - 153,925 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• I have between 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in web development and programming.
• I am proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• I am experienced with source control technologies (Git, GitLab).
• I have hands-on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• I possess working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Podman) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• I understand TCP/IP networking and remote system workflows (SSH, port forwarding, server/client architecture, etc.).
• I have proficiency in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles, paying attention to usability and visual appeal.
• I bring hands-on experience with front-end web frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Angular, React) and back-end services (e.g., RESTful API development with Python Flask).
• I am highly proficient in Python and adhere to modern programming best practices.
• I have a keen attention to detail and overall design.
• I possess experience developing in a Linux environment.
• I have solid technical communication skills and can work effectively in both collaborative team settings and independently.
• I must be a U.S. Citizen with the capability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• I will augment our current team of application developers with my skills in furthering the development of existing software applications.
• I will help pioneer new web-based applications to meet growing programmatic demands.
• My role will involve the design and ongoing development of new and existing user-facing applications, utilizing common front-end frameworks such as Vue.js.
• Additionally, I will build and maintain back-end services to facilitate communication with our proprietary decision-making framework, which serves as the core hub for our engineering solutions.
