About the Role Wonder is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead active customer growth and enhance lifetime value for our flagship restaurant/delivery business and app platform. Reporting to the SVP/General Manager, this leader will oversee Brand, Performance, and Retention Marketing. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy to rapidly scale the consumer business, achieving key performance indicators. Create strategic, omni-channel marketing plans, including launching new channels and optimizing existing ones. Monitor business performance daily, identify drivers, and react strategically. Ensure continued success of existing locations while planning and executing expansion efforts. Collaborate with merchandising, product, creative, and other teams to drive customer growth. Strengthen partnerships with external vendors and media outlets. Experience & Qualifications 10+ years managing brand and growth marketing teams within an omnichannel environment. Deep expertise in acquisition and retention marketing across TV/Video, Social, Podcasts/Radio, Print, Email, and more. Proven track record of building marketing programs from the ground up. Strong commercial acumen, understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in building and leading high-performing teams. Salary: $275,000 per year, with a competitive package including equity, 401K, and various health benefits.
