Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois.

Duties:

• Open and close bank accounts, including coordinating documentation packages
• Conduct KYC refresh, AML, and tax refreshes
• Lead signatory management processes
• Partner with the Legal Team concerning banking resolutions and KYC refreshes as requested by banks and partners
• Facilitate account closure for liquidation processes involving various partners across entities
• Handle the bank portal, users, portal integrations, user cleanups, and additions/deletions
• Maintain Bank Account Management tool (BAM) on company system
• Support Mergers and Acquisitions integration plans and work with cross-functional teams across the Mergers and Acquisitions integration process for both international and domestic entities
• Act as the Control Performer and perform inquiries for SOX compliance
• Generate quarterly and fiscal reports on account opening and closing
• Lead GL reconciliation with international controllership
• Provide support for FBAR reporting
• Handle ad-hoc treasury projects and presentations for treasury as well as for projects sponsored by other corporate functions or business units that require treasury involvement

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics, in a related field
• CTP, paralegal, or other professional designations a plus
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle several tasks and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in using banking portals and financial tools

The approximate pay range for this position is between $22.00 and $32.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
