Experience in QA/QC methodologies Required 15 Years
Current hands-on mainframe testing experience in JCL, CICS, Batch environment Required 7 Years
Experience in internet/web-related applications testing Required 10 Years
Experience in client/server-based application testing Required 8 Years
Experience in backend / black box testing Required 10 Years
Experience in Performance Testing Tools Load Runner, ALM Performance Center Required 5 Years
Experience in writing SQL queries in databases - DB2, Oracle, SQL Required 15 Years
Application requirements gathering and Enterprise Architecture experience Required 8 Years
Experience documenting and tracking customer requirements in the form of detailed functional requirements Required 12 Years
Experience with Quality Center testing tool in building requirements and test case repositories Required 10 Years
Experience in automated testing Required 3 Years
BA skill set that consists of creating business requirements documents as well as requirement traceability matrix Required
Strong analytical skills and experience with QA metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteri Required
QA and/or BA Cert Highly Desired
