Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator – Entry Level

About Us

Taphandles is a global leader in beer marketing, creating highly customized beer fonts and tap handles for breweries worldwide. Our creativity, design, and craftsmanship help breweries elevate their brand presence and sell more beer. This role is based at our warehouse and office near Fishermen’s Terminal and the ship canal.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, inventory, and accounting operations. This position combines administrative work in NetSuite with occasional hands-on packing and shipping when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for domestic and international orders
• Enter and track shipments in NetSuite ERP
• Monitor deliveries and troubleshoot delays
• Assist with packing and shipping during staff absences or peak periods
• Maintain inventory organization and perform quarterly counts
• Reconcile carrier invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Support accounts payable entry and vendor communications
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations for timely fulfillment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and office tools
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to work cross-functionally

Job Details

• Compensation: $26.50 – $29.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, 401(k) match
