Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor other UI Designer
  • Create and set a visual direction for roll-out
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guide
  • Advocate for user-centered design with the client
  • Contribute to the strategic vision for the user experience
  • Lead design reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Working on more complex and strategic project
  • Often involved in project planning and scoping
  • Deep understanding of advanced Figma concept
  • Client communication for issues and clarification
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholder
  • Follow Curio's Figma Etiquette for all files
  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and user feedback
  • Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface mockups, and developer specification
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals/deadline
  • Ability to explain design methodology used in UI design
  • Apply directed feedback from clients and/or senior team member
  • Be able to create Figma components and add them to an existing design system
  • Ensuring designs are accessible and meet usability standard
  • Understanding of industry best practice
  • Maintaining design consistency across platform
  • Follow Curio's Figma Etiquette for all files

Development:

  • Figma Currency and Cross-Pollination of Skills
