Title: Senior Manager of Infrastructure (hands on) Location: On-site – Carrollton, TX Duration: Direct Hire Compensation: $170,000 – $180,000 base + Bonus Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. The Opportunity: As we scale our operations and invest heavily in IT modernization, we are seeking an Infrastructure Director to lead the strategic transformation of our technology environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with oversight of infrastructure, storage, virtualization, cloud, and security systems. You will guide the evaluation and implementation of modern IT solutions, build and lead a technical team, and play a critical role in shaping our enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure across a growing multi-site environment. Own the infrastructure roadmap, including virtualization and on-prem data center operations. Oversee transition projects and modernization efforts, such as upgrading storage, network architecture and firewall security. Drive infrastructure integration efforts related to upcoming mergers and expansion plans Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery Collaborate with senior leadership and the development team (including a founder with a dev background) to align infrastructure with business goals. Required Qualifications: 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong hands-on engineering background Proven leadership experience in both small business and enterprise environments Deep expertise in virtualization, VDI, storage, and networking technologies Experience managing and scaling infrastructure teams Strong project management and vendor management skills About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
