Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid - Carlsbad, CA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic approach to delivering scalable, maintainable solutions that support key business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce
Build integrations with RESTful APIs and external platforms
Maintain and optimize existing systems while reducing technical debt
Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
Evaluate and implement Salesforce DevOps tools and automation strategies..
Qualifications:
7+ years of Salesforce development experience
Expertise in Apex, Lightning, LWC, and Salesforce administration
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and DevOps tools
Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and agile software development
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
Relevant Salesforce certifications required; Architect certifications a plus
