~ Inpatient Acute Physical Therapist Director Opportunity ~ Relocation & Sign-On Bonus Available!

Shift: Full-Time (40 hours/week) - Flexible schedule - Build your own schedule!

Location: Enumclaw, WA - St. Elizabeth Hospital

Pay: $95,000 to $120,000 annually + Sign-On Bonus + Benefits. Individual salaries are dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors.

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our Inpatient Rehabilitation team as the Rehabilitation Directo r at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw, WA. This role is pivotal in an inpatient acute setting, overseeing rehabilitation services within a hospital that offers emergency services, a family birth center, general and specialty surgical services, and more. Position Summary:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physical therapists and support staff.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.
  • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Create individualized care plans for each treatment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient care.
  • Build strong relationships with your staff and the community you serve.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist in an inpatient acute setting.
  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current state licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
