Job Description

Our company is an early-stage startup in the design space and we are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial, LA-based product photographer to work on a part-time basis shooting product photos for our inventory. We can afford $250 per photoshoot at this time, with a larger photography budget opening up after successful fundraising, which we plan to achieve in the coming 3-6 months. 

The right individual for this role is someone who believes in the vision of what we are building and is excited by the opportunity to be a part of an early stage startup with a ton of creative input, and the potential to grow into a full time role with travel as we expand nationwide in the future. We will have no shortage of product photos as this is a very large inventory-set we will continue to need shot. Your role in this:

• Arrange photoshoot events with various external point-of-contacts provided by our team
• Photograph 80+ products (macro and detail shots) per photoshoot. 
• Schedule and complete a minimum of 3 photoshoots per month (coordinate with the contact we give you, go to the site, shoot the products, and log them back to us when complete).
• All photos delivered fully edited according to our creative requirements and delivered within 2 weeks of photoshoot. Our Head of Creative will train you on our brand and photo requirements before your first shoot.
• Must have your own camera equipment
• Must be able to move 50lbs
• Must be able to work independently 
• Able to shoot outdoors throughout greater Los Angeles (must have own transportation)

What we offer:

• Compensation will be $250/photoshoot, with more in the future as we raise funds
• Flexible schedule (photoshoots would typically occur Mon-Sat during daylight hours, scheduled at your discretion, we simply require 3 photoshoots per month )
