Were seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Newborn Photographer / Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, youll photograph and sell newborn photography packages to families in a hospital, creating meaningful experiences for new parents. If you connect well with people and have a knack for sales, wed love to have you! Responsibilities: Schedule and conduct same-day mini-photo sessions (15 minutes each). Pose and handle newborns, editing photos on-site. Present photography packages and close sales. Perform some administrative tasks. What You Bring: Strong organizational skills and independence. Experience in sales is a plus. Creativity and a passion for photography. Experience with Adobe Lightroom Classic. Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment. Equipment Required: DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no phone cameras). Preferred: Portrait lens with fixed aperture (F1.8 or F2.8). Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory. Adobe Lightroom Classic. Speedlite (external flash). Schedule: Start time: 9 AM. Part-time: 2-3 days a week (including one weekend day). Some holidays may be required. Compensation Package: Commission: 30% commission on all sales Sales Bonuses: Additional incentives based on performance Tips: You keep 100% of your tips Perks: 401k eligibility Discounts on travel and entertainment.
