Lights On is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of our performance advertising channels, leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. This is the ideal position for a marketing professional with 2-5 years of experience, particularly one who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys presenting data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

Advertising Channel Ownership

  • Own and manage advertising platforms, aligning with objectives set by leadership, and devising strategies to achieve goals.
  • Strategize, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tripadvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, and other key advertising platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives, focusing on maximizing ROI/ROAS.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with account managers to provide clear, actionable insights on campaign performance, ensuring smooth communication with clients.
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven manner.

Strategic Campaign Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation across campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing assets that resonate with target audiences.

Client-Facing Collaboration

  • Regularly engage with clients, presenting campaign updates, insights, and recommendations in clear, actionable formats.
  • Serve as the performance marketing expert in client meetings, confidently discussing campaign performance, optimization strategies, and results.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing proactive recommendations for growth and continuous improvement.

Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Stay ahead of trends in the performance marketing industry and apply best practices to client campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities within our advertising strategies.

Continuous Learning and Professional Development

  • Engage in learning opportunities such as webinars, certifications, and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends.
  • Experiment with emerging advertising platforms and technologies to identify new growth channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in scaling performance marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of data architecture and website optimization principles.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
