  • Oversee the full-cycle payroll process on a bi-weekly schedule, supporting multiple U.S. locations and a Canadian affiliate.
  • Manage data integrations between ADP and external systems to ensure seamless and accurate information flow.
  • Lead, train, and support payroll team members to maintain high performance and operational accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll and wage compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of payroll data, reconciliations, and transactions to ensure precision.
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records in line with company policies and legal standards.
  • Handle year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and payroll amendments.
  • Partner with internal teams (HR, Benefits, Accounting) to validate and synchronize employee and payroll data.
  • Drive payroll system enhancements, including upgrades and process improvements.
  • Accurately process additional employee payments such as after-hours work, incentives, and training bonuses.
  • Address and resolve employee payroll issues and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Set up new payroll locations in ADP for newly launched branches and coordinate updates with internal teams.
  • Provide detailed payroll reports and documentation to the accounting team and auditors while maintaining data confidentiality.
