Outside Sales Representative – DOCA Boston Kitchens

Location: Hybrid/Remote (On-site at Showroom in Brookline, MA)

As we are expanding our reach, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Position Summary:

This is a hybrid/remote position with on-site training provided, where you will work directly with executives, designers and architects to make impactful contributions to our goals with a huge potential to grow within the company.

Key Talents:

• Identify and build relationships with architects, designers, developers, and clients through personalized emails, calls, and social media outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with key industry professionals to position DOCA Boston as a preferred supplier.
• Schedule and host showroom visits and presentations.
• Follow up regularly with clients via email, phone, and CRM tools to maintain strong engagement.
• Develop compelling, tailored pitch decks, case studies, and brochures that highlight our luxury materials and custom design options.
• Present creative concepts both in-showroom and through outside meetings.
• Provide accurate quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales with developers and clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proficiency

• Clear understanding of architecture/design trends and project workflows.
• B2B sales and relationship-building skills.
• Experienced public speaker with the ability to manage multiple presentations.
