Responsibilities

• Primary duty is to sell mortgage loans to customers outside of AnnieMac Home Mortgage's places of business. Work done at the offices is related and supplemental to outside sales.


• Generate new business by building and maintaining relationships with realtors, real estate agents, title and escrow officers, financial advisers, CPAs, and other relevant professionals.


• Participate in mortgage sales activities such as attending closings, open houses, seminars, and lead-generating events.


• Assist borrowers by filling out loan applications and analyzing financial information.


• Develop relationships with referral partners to generate new customers.


• Pre-qualify borrowers by analyzing income and debt to determine mortgage affordability.


• Advise borrowers on home buying and financing options, including different loan products and associated costs.


• Collect and review financial documents, provide disclosures, and counsel borrowers on credit issues.


• Maintain communication with all parties involved from application to closing, and review HUDs prior to closing.


• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and knowledge of underwriting and legal standards.


• Must have excellent communication skills, be sales-oriented, and a self-starter.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Travel is required 80% of the time.
