Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Attorney to join our Corporate practice group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising corporate clients and private equity funds on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate matters.
This role offers substantial autonomy, high-level responsibility, and direct client interaction. It is an excellent opportunity for a driven, business-minded attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is seeking to play a key role in deal execution and client development.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions, minority investments, and general corporate matters.
Lead deal execution, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
Effectively manage deals from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
Engage directly with clients and provide strategic, solution-oriented guidance.
Contribute to business development initiatives and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s).
10+ years of experience; Counsel-level candidates encouraged to apply.
Extensive experience handling complex M&A transactions independently.
Deep knowledge of corporate law, deal structures, and market terms.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive matters forward.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $470,000 and above (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Bonuses: Discretionary, performance-based
