Job Details
Lead the design and modification of marine equipment using SolidWorks 3D CAD.
Oversee CNC machining processes and implement MasterCAM programming for precision manufacturing.
Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure design accuracy.
Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and support cost analysis for new products.
Work with aluminum, welding, laser cutting, and machining processes to create durable, high-performance products.
Utilize ERP and PDM systems to maintain project documentation.
Ensure designs meet performance specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product manufacturing.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical design, or CNC machining.
Expertise in SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling.
Proficiency in MasterCAM programming for CNC machines.
Knowledge of PDM & ERP systems for workflow and project management.
Hands-on experience with aluminum fabrication, welding, and machining.
Strong understanding of GD&T standards for precision design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
