MARKETING MANAGER; DIRECT RESPONSE

Full-Time | On-Site | Northern Westchester, NY

$100,000 annually

Our client, a renowned international humanitarian organization, has engaged us to find a dynamic Direct Response Marketing Manager to lead their donor acquisition and retention efforts.

What You'll Lead

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sophisticated multi-channel direct mail and digital strategies that acquire, retain, and upgrade donors across diverse audiences
  • Vendor & Project Management: Coordinate with external copywriters, designers, printers, and mail houses to execute compelling donor appeals that resonate with diverse constituencies
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide strategic insights that maximize ROI and donor lifetime value
  • Donor Segmentation: Create targeted campaigns for major donors, monthly givers, and lapsed supporters using advanced segmentation strategies
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Coordinate email, digital, and phone follow-up to enhance direct mail effectiveness and create seamless donor experiences
  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop staff while collaborating with Major Gifts and other advancement teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 10-15 years of proven nonprofit fundraising experience with extensive direct mail focus
  • 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience
  • CFRE or ACFRE certification strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and nonprofit fundraising highly valued
  • Expert-level skills in donor database management and digital marketing tools
  • Exceptional project management abilities with proven vendor relationship experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced spreadsheet analysis
