As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of marketing strategies focused on business opportunities for the Latin America & Caribbean business unit. Analyzes sales, targets, and dealers commission programs. This position uses multiple systems to prepare and analyze data for forecast programs, and for the development of future business opportunities. Primary duties include developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals; leading the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels; analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize results; overseeing the company’s co-op advertising program for dealers; supporting dealers in developing marketing plans that reflect Mercury’s positioning and objectives; supervising social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation; assisting with merchandising, point-of-purchase materials, and digital tools for dealer marketing initiatives; coordinating with external partners to execute projects that enhance brand loyalty and drive sales; monitoring and analyzing marketing data to refine strategies; guaranteeing all translations and adapted marketing assets for regional use; managing digital tools such as dealer portals, websites, and social media platforms; planning, organizing, and participating in industry events, dealer meetings, and promotional trips; collaborating with cross-functional teams and dealers to develop campaigns, sales programs, and promotional initiatives; traveling to LAC markets to understand the business and make dealer connections and feedback. Knowledge and skills required include strong marketing strategy knowledge, proven marketing experience, solid understanding of digital marketing tools, bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, and other graphic design tools, ability to work independently and collaboratively, creative mindset, and confidentiality. Education requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and preferably a Master’s degree, with at least 6 years in similar roles and experience in Latin American markets. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
