In this role, you'll work directly with our product teams to help shape the future of our products through a hands-on approach to product development. You'll drive innovation, analyze user requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design to build impactful features. We're looking for curious, ambitious problem-solvers who can combine technical knowledge with product thinking to create exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities Partner with engineering and design teams to define, build, and launch new product features Analyze market data and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions Create product specifications and roadmaps aligned with business objectives Develop metrics and tracking to measure product success and inform future iterations Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities Present product ideas, findings, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership. Required Experience/Skills: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Strong programming skills with experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.) Demonstrated interest in product development through coursework, side projects, or previous internships Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience with user-centered design principles (preferred) Prior experience with agile development methodologies (preferred) Preferred Experience/Skills Previous experience developing your own software, apps, or technical projects Demonstrated leadership in technical organizations, hackathons, or campus groups Published technical work or research in your field Strong portfolio of side projects that showcase your technical and product thinking U.S pay range
