Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $20 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate machines and ensure all production, quality, and safety requirements are met.
• Perform a variety of general manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting and moving of materials.
• Manually operate the machine and inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure all materials are prepared for production.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production needs and expectations.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
• Ability to perform duties in a facility environment with exposure to loud noises and temperature extremes.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
