Position Summary: The Loss Prevention Associate supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and store management by deterring theft and ensuring safety. Responsibilities include maintaining a visible presence at the store front, wearing a company-approved uniform and body worn camera, assisting customers, observing suspicious activities, and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store Act as a visual deterrent to theft Wear uniform and body worn camera as required Greet customers courteously and assist as needed Monitor store activity and report suspicious behavior Perform safety sweeps and document incidents Adhere to company policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong communication skills Sound decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Effective time management and organization Ability to stand for extended periods 0-2 years retail or security experience Benefits: Includes employee discounts, health benefits, 401(k) matching, paid leave, insurance options, scholarship programs, and more.
