Job Description

The Jordan Spa at Sunday River Resort is seeking a Maine Licensed Esthetician to offer exceptional service to our destination resort guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and providing exceptional customer service. Th is role requires a person who is knowledgeable about skincare treatments, products, and techniques, as well as being comfortable working with clients of all ages and skin types.

• Provide consistent and professional facials, body waxing, lash and brow tinting, makeup application, body treatments, and hand & foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Utilize good body mechanics to provide services beneficial to the guests, while being healthy for the esthetician
• Consult with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure that treatment is timed properly so guest s can be on time to other treatments .
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures , m aintaining a clean and organized treatment room and workspace.
• Possess the ability to work without direct supervision, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute towards a quality work environment .
• Learn product offerings in order to make knowledgeable recommendations to client s.
• Assist with guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

• Must be a Licensed Esthetician in the state of Maine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
