The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders. Responsibilities include partnering with clients to define strategic objectives, analyzing hiring needs, and deploying client-specific recruiting strategies.

What you'll be doing
  • Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various forms of marketing.
  • Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and create strategic recruiting strategies.
  • Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
  • Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients, and roles.
  • Screens resumes and conducts behavioral-based interviews.
  • Provides guidance and negotiates fee agreements with clients.
  • Nurtures continued account development for generating new business.
  • Conducts tours of clients' offices to understand goals and objectives.
  • Generates Direct Hire fees per budgeted goals.
  • Enters and tracks assignment and candidate data in various systems.
  • Creates and executes temporary employee programs.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
  • Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts.
  • Develops relationships with key clients and business leaders.
  • Responds to candidate and client inquiries.
  • Completes candidate hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About you

Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required.

Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience.

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems with creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
