The Income Tax Manager will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting global income tax compliance and reporting, process improvements, and various initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Manage quarterly and annual global income tax provision calculations and disclosures, including communication with internal teams and external auditors. Manage global income tax compliance and documentation of tax positions, including Pillar II reporting. Drive process improvement initiatives. Support analysis and documentation of tax implications related to business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and the ability to research tax issues. Experience working with tax software, financial reporting tools, and data analytic tools. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent. CPA or equivalent. 5+ years of related experience. The annual base pay for this position is: $114,655.00 - $171,983.00.
