WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS: This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes Monday through Friday and some weekends. Your work hours will vary, and you'll be attending different shows and chamber events in the DFW area and south of Dallas, including Midlothian and surrounding areas.
As our HVAC Manager, you will be the driving force behind all service operations at Hardin Heating & Air, LLC. Your role will involve overseeing customer relations, managing the P&L budget for the service department, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You will provide training, coaching, and support to our service technicians, empowering them to enhance their skills and capabilities while ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
You'll prioritize work orders, ensure a smooth and productive workflow, and keep everything running at peak efficiency. Your leadership will help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients in the DFW area and south of Dallas.
