Full job description

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for administering quality, skilled nursing care to patients from diverse populations, in a variety of home environments. The RN assumes responsibility for coordinating care with the patient and family, certifying the provider, and all members of the interdisciplinary team. The RN performs comprehensive assessments of patients and collaborates with the certifying provider to develop a Plan of Care that meets the needs of the patient.

Position Overview:Highlights: In-home Patient Care, Interdisciplinary Care Coordination, Plan of Care Development and Oversight, Geriatric Population, Homecare Homebase EMR (HCHB)

Job Type: Home Health, Registered Nurse, Field RN

Work Hours: Full-time. Field on-call rotation

•Compensation: $90k per year. Mileage reimbursement. On-call pay. Job Type: Full-time
