Our Marketing Department is looking to hire a Graphic Designer .

ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 50 MBPS.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: Marketing Director

FLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Marketing

Division: Retail

Salary Range : $45K to $60K

Summary: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating digital and print campaigns, social media graphics, promotional flyers, and day-to-day design needs.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Designs and produces various marketing materials
• Knowledge of font size and style to enhance the readability of text and images
• Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including designing, improving customer engagement, and promoting/developing social media campaigns
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
• Collaborate with marketing team
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficiency with multiple social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design industry
• Portfolio of design work – resumes without a portfolio link will not be considered
