We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join our team as a Farm Equipment Operator . This full-time position involves operating large farm equipment and driving a semi-tractor with hopper trailers. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of agricultural machinery and be comfortable driving large trucks for transportation purposes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for agriculture.

Responsibilities:

• Operate large farm equipment, including tractors, combines, and other machinery.
• Safely drive and maintain semi-tractors with hopper trailers for transporting agricultural products.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and ensure all machinery is in good working order.
• Assist with planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting, and other farm-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records for equipment usage, deliveries, and any related activities.
• Ensure the safety of yourself and others while operating machinery and driving equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other farm staff and contribute to the overall success of the farming operation.
• Participate in farm-related tasks as needed, including maintenance, repair, and harvest seasons.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating large farm equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving semi-tractors and hopper trailers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility and willingness to work long hours, especially during peak seasons.

Compensation:

• Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
