The Impact Youll Be Contributing to Moloco: We are seeking a confident, high-performing EA who is an excellent communicator, highly resourceful, proactive, and thrives in a hyper-growth, multicultural environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, encompassing special projects, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across key initiatives. The Opportunity: Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex, global calendars and coordinating meetings. Oversee team meetings: prepare materials, manage logistics, take detailed notes and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for team on-sites, off-sites, and leadership meetings. Plan and execute international and domestic travel itineraries. Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and leadership team. Lead special projects from concept to execution. Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and the broader EA community. Drive operational alignment and ensure effective cross-functional communication. Prepare executive-level presentations and communications. Provide backup administrative support to other senior executives as needed. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
