Location: Michigan or Western NY (Remote-Based with Regular Travel)

Brewtopia is one of the fastest-growing 7 Brew franchisees, known for scaling drive-thru coffee locations with speed, precision, and guest-first energy. With aggressive growth across Michigan and Western NY, we are looking for an elite Development & Construction Manager to take each site from signed LOI to operational turnover — fast and under budget .

What You’ll Do

You will own the entire development process post-LOI through permitting, construction, and turnover to operations:

Development Execution

• Take full ownership of new sites post-LOI from the Real Estate team
• Coordinate due diligence, site design, permitting, construction, and store readiness
• Maintain tight project schedules (120 days or less from LOI to Ops Turnover)

Permitting & Entitlements

• Lead permitting efforts with municipalities, engineers, architects, and consultants
• Attend municipal meetings, design reviews, and ensure full entitlement compliance
• Eliminate bottlenecks and proactively solve jurisdictional issues

Construction Oversight

• Select, vet, and manage GCs; drive accountability on timelines and budgets
• Oversee pre-con, construction phases, and ensure final site delivery meets brand and operational standards
• Walk all sites personally and ensure stores are 100% "Ops Ready"

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with Real Estate, Legal, Architecture, Ops, Finance, and Vendors
• Maintain project tracking dashboards and update leadership weekly
• Communicate risks early and manage changes proactively

You’re a Fit If You Have...

• 5+ years in QSR, retail, or restaurant development & construction
• Proven success managing 5–10 simultaneous projects across multiple states
• Deep knowledge of permitting, land use/zoning, and site development
• Strong GC/vendor management and field presence
• Track record of on-time, under-budget openings
• Obsessed with speed, quality, and brand excellence

Bonus if you have:

• 7 Brew, Dutch Bros, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, or drive-thru buildout experience
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or related

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $110,000–$135,000 (Depending on experience)

Bonus: Up to 20% based on on-time and under-budget project delivery

Travel: Company-covered travel, meals, and lodging
