Your Responsibilities

As a Dentist in our community health center, you will:

• Provide comprehensive dental and primary care.
• Perform routine treatment procedures including digital X-rays, fillings, extractions, root canals, dentures, partials, crowns, and gum disease treatment.
• Manage a patient-focused caseload with a commitment to quality care.
• Enjoy a balanced work-life with a weekly schedule of four 10-hour shifts—no on-call and no weekends!
• Utilize your bilingual skills (if applicable) and strong interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse patient population.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A DDS or DMD degree—new graduates and experienced candidates are welcome!
• A valid Minnesota Dentist license or the ability to obtain one.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing your ability to serve our community.
