Overview

This role supports the Plant Superintendent by delivering accurate production data, tracking KPIs, and analyzing improvement projects. The position also cross-trains as a backup scheduler to ensure smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze production, downtime, waste, and shrink data.
• Prepare regular KPI reports and develop dashboards, charts, and trend analyses.
• Provide insights to help identify root causes and drive process improvements.
• Track and document progress of waste reduction and efficiency programs.
• Assist with SOPs, training resources, and 5S/continuous improvement audits.
• Train in scheduling systems and step in as scheduler when needed.
• Partner with leadership to maintain accurate schedules and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong Excel and data visualization capabilities.

• Willingness to learn and take on backup operational responsibilities.
