Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team for a full-time position in AZ. This role will support students district-wide throughout the full school year. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to students, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement therapy strategies in the classroom and at home
• Document student progress and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Adapt and modify environments and tasks to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal setting for students

Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Arizona
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work district-wide and adapt to various school environments
