Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our medical insurance company, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a remote postion but you must live in the Rio Grande Area. Your main responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding members through their insurance policies and claims processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring member satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to Inquiries: Field inbound calls, emails, and messages from members regarding their medical insurance policies, coverage, claims, and related inquiries.
2. Provide Assistance: Assist members with understanding their insurance benefits, eligibility criteria, copayments, deductibles, and any other policy-related information.
3. Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve member concerns, complaints, and disputes in a timely and empathetic manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
