Job Description

MSI Credit Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with the execution of marketing campaigns, conducts market research, and assists in other various projects. Their responsibilities include undertaking daily administrative tasks and collaborating with internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy. The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department initiatives and campaigns, making them an integral part of the marketing team. 

Marketing Assistant responsibilities ar e:

• • Check all review websites, log all new reviews, and update spreadsheet daily.
  • Respond to all social media messages, comments, inquiries and send them to our CRM system.
  • Schedule and send out mass weekly email campaigns. (2nd tier)
  • Perform two weekly checks on the clickfunnels.
  • Write and publish one blog per week.
  • Assist with the podcast and decorate for seasonal episodes.
  • Update/create Spanish content and material. (scripts)
  • Assist credit consultants with content creation. (power hour)
  • Send out an internal email at the end of the day with all the positive reviews for the day.
  • Send out internal email for negative reviews.
  • Post on our second social media page (DIY Credit Repair)
  • Take videos/photos for birthdays, special company events.
  • Create and post content on our website and social media platforms. Creating images, videos, and marketing collateral.
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department goals
  • Implementing Marketing strategies, staying up to date with social media trends
  • Relay mitigating and escalating issues as needed to management
  • Keep record of customer interactions within our C.R.M
  • Managing and designing business cards, employee signatures
  • Support marketing team in project organization
  • Communicate with clients in a direct fashion in order to facilitate trusting and long-lasting relationships
  • Assist in the organization and facilitation of campaigns, traditional or digital, and facilitate their success.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting on current and future campaigns

Marketing Assistant Qualifications :

• 2+ Years in a previous position as a Marketing Assistant or Social Media Assistant

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must

• Working understanding of principles in marketing

• Ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines, as demonstrated in the workplace

• Reliable, results driven, team player and strong work ethic is a must. 

• Fabulous organizational skills, communication skills, and people skills, with a customer oriented approach.

• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Marketing computer software, Online analytics, Premiere Pro, Canva , WordPress, Lightroom)

• High School diploma; Bachelors in Marketing, Business or other relevant field is considered a substantial advantage
• Onsite Work Schedule is 9:30 am- 6 pm Monday-Thursday & 9:30 am- 5 pm Friday
