Resolve client inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Expand your business reach through networking and relationship building.
Stay up-to-date on insurance standards and regulations.
Track your progress and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You'll Need:

Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Must be 18 years old.
