Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to Texas. REH's objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is enhanced along with the overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise. Providence is calling an Associate Contract Sourcing Administrator who will: - Be responsible to support the contracting team in preparing, negotiating, and executing contracts through all phases until completion (pre-proposal through closeout) with a variety of suppliers
- Perform contract administrative work including analysis review, contract execution and contract management activities in all platforms
- Be responsible to support contract lifecycle management activities including contract extensions, price accuracy, new product introductions, tier maximizations, terms and conditions updates, and all other lifecycle activities

Required qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's Degree Business or Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 1+ years' experience in contracting, purchasing or related educational experience
- 1+ years' experience in contract management, contract negotiations, a blend of healthcare or related educational experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include: - IT Sourcing: IT or Healthcare experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
