Job Description

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Japanese is preferred.
  2. Proficient in Japanese and Chinese, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to conduct professional business communication; Possess some English reading and writing skills.
  3. More than 3 years of administrative work experience, working experience in Japanese companies or multinational companies is preferred.
  4. Proficient in using office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  5. Have good organization and coordination skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, work meticulously, conscientiously and patiently.
  7. Have good cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability, and be able to cope with different working environments and challenges.
  8. Have strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, and be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills.
  9. Strictly abide by work confidentiality and have good professional ethics. 1. Handling of office affairs in Japan;
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Japan office, including the procurement and maintenance of office supplies. 2. Coordinate office cleaning, security and other services to ensure the comfort and safety of the office environment. 3. Condominium affairs undertake: responsible for the daily maintenance, occupancy arrangement and follow-up management of Japanese apartments. 4. Handle the repair, maintenance and other related affairs of the apartment to ensure good living conditions. 5. Vehicle management: To manage the company's vehicles in Japan, including vehicle deployment, maintenance, repair and insurance matters. 6. Complete other tasks related to Japanese administration assigned by superiors
